How it came to be
S.O.U.L. Academy was founded in 2010 by author, visionary, and animal messenger, Shiri Joshua in a life-changing moment while passing by a truck filled to capacity with chickens... Shiri's heart broke and she asked to be shown a way to make a difference. "School of Compassion" was the gentle, surprising answer. S.O.U.L. Stands for a new world vision based on selfless Service, Oneness with all life, Unity with Creator, and unconditional Love. These are some of the virtues that we can learn from the animals and the essence of what Christ Consciousness is about - seeing the Divinity in all living beings. It serves as a reminder of our eternal interconnectedness, knowing that there is no separation between Life's children regardless of the physical form.
Mission
Inspired by the metaphysical teachings of A Course in Miracles and spiritual lessons from the animals, S.O.U.L. Academy is dedicated to delivering inspirational books, events, and programs that promote healing, enlightenment, and a deeper connection with all Kingdoms of Life.
Essence
Spiritual wisdom teaches that life begins from an infinite source of Light that gives freely of itself, and that all living things are made of its substance. The essence of Shiri Joshua's teachings through S.O.U.L. Academy is that all living beings - humans and animals alike - are sacred by virtue of being created in the Image of God ("Tzelem Elohim" in Hebrew). To share the Light through expressing this magnificent Divine seed is everyone's natural state and innate purpose on earth!
Purpose
Just as animals demonstrate for us of the healing power of Love; S.O.U.L. Academy's programs aim to guide, empower, and inspire people to awaken to their true Self and holy purpose as beloved children of Life, being the expression, manifestation, and glory of the Divine Intelligence!
