- On grief healing: "We are lined up to be with you, but in your grief you do not see that we are all around you... Play , love, laugh. Seek the joy that you are meant to have in the world. We bring that upon you, but only for a short while; for we are here to teach you how to find it on your own."
- A New World: “It is now a time of great awakening. We call upon humanity with an invitation to consider that we need your help in the healing of the planet. We are its co-guardians and are also here to live a life of joy, love, and collaboration. That is our sole purpose and mission. Please let us guide you.”
- On living our Truth: “The path of Truth is always illuminated by a shimmering glow. In times of confusion, turn your eyes to look for the glow and follow it. It shall always lead you to the safety found in the arms of your homecoming back to that which is Truth."
- On trusting the process: “Rejoice, for blessed change is in the air for all of us! Trust in your heart that we are standing with you, beside you, and around you always. You are never alone, there is nothing to fear. You are one with the forces that govern the universe and all of creation. You are limitless in strength and in peace..."
- On eternal life and our kinship with the animals: "Seek the JOY that you are meant to have in the world. We bring that upon you but only for a short while, for we are here to TEACH you how to find it on your own. When you are joyous, we feel that we have fulfilled our mission; and when you are not, we feel that we have failed our duty..."
- On being of Service: "Service is of freedom while servitude is of bondage. To offer service is to wish to help alleviate suffering through offering of oneself as an instrument of peace and light. It brings automatic freedom to those who extend themselves in service, for that which is offered through them will be offered to them. Blessing another is the blessing of oneself. To serve from the heart is to heal and it is the only way to experience Great Spirit's love for all His children.”
- Soothing Divine guidance: "I am here, I am near; yet please know that your fear and worry have closed your heart and ears – in times where your mind is busy, you cannot hear my soothing lullaby. Surrender to me completely dear one. Allow me to lessen all your fears, all your burdens. In your faith you invite grace to heal all that is troubling you and negate all fears.”
